Stueve Siegel Hanson's class and collective action lawsuit filed against Wind Creek Bethlehem Casino was recently featured in an article published by LehighValleyLive.com. The case, Bartakovits v. Wind Creek Bethlehem, LLC, No. 5:20-CV-01602, alleges Wind Creek Bethlehem Casino failed to pay its tipped employees properly under federal and state wage laws.
