Health Quest Systems Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation
Health Quest Systems, Inc., a hospital chain based in Connecticut, recently disclosed that certain employee email accounts were breached as part of a targeted phishing scheme that exposed highly-sensitive patient information.
In October 2019, Health Quest Systems determined that hackers were able to exfiltrate a host of sensitive patient information from its employee email accounts, including names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers, financial account information, health insurance information, and clinical information received at Health Quest or one of its affiliates.
