US Mortgage Corporation Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Stueve Siegel Hanson, a national leader in data breach and privacy cases, is investigating potential claims against US Mortgage Corporation (“US Mortgage”) resulting from a data breach involving customer information.

On March 5, 2026, US Mortgage disclosed that it suffered a data breach where an unauthorized party gained access to certain systems and acquired the sensitive information of customers. Although the original data breach occurred in May 2025, they waited nearly a year before publicly disclosing the breach. US Mortgage has not publicly disclosed the exact information impacted.
