TriZetto Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

In November and December, 2025, TriZetto began disclosing to its healthcare clients that it suffered a data breach where an unauthorized party gained access to certain systems and acquired the sensitive information of patients. The information included at least: Name, Social Security Number, date of birth, address, health insurance member number, Medicare beneficiary number, health insurer name, information about the primary insured or beneficiary, and other demographic health and health insurance information.
