QualDerm Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Stueve Siegel Hanson, a national leader in data breach and privacy cases, is investigating potential claims against QualDerm Partners, LLC (“QualDerm”) resulting from a data breach involving customer information.

On February 24, 2026, QualDerm disclosed that it suffered a data breach where an unauthorized party gained access to certain systems and acquired the sensitive information of patients. The information included at least: Name, date of birth, doctor name, medical record number, date of death, email address, treatment information, diagnosis information, and health insurance information. For a small number of information driver’s license number and government issued identification information may have been included.
