Liberty Mutual Insurance Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Stueve Siegel Hanson, a national leader in data breach and privacy cases, is investigating potential claims against Liberty Mutual Insurance (“Liberty Mutual”) resulting from a data breach involving customer information. Liberty Mutual is a national insurance provider.

In April 2026, the threat actor Everest disclosed that they had breached Liberty Mutual’s cybersecurity and obtained records containing client personal information.  The exact amount and type of information has not been disclosed yet.
