Conduent Business Solutions Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Stueve Siegel Hanson, a national leader in data breach and privacy cases, is investigating potential claims against Conduent Business Solutions (“Conduent”) resulting from a data breach involving customer information.

Conduent provides back-office services to government agencies and healthcare organizations. In October, 2025, Conduent confirmed that it discovered it had suffered a data breach where an unauthorized party gained access to certain systems and acquired the sensitive information of customers.

The information included at least: Name, Social Security number, medical information, and health insurance information.
