Confidential Settlement in Lawsuit Against National Bank of Kansas City

SSH has settled a case against the National Bank of Kansas City that alleged the bank failed to pay overtime to certain mortgage loan originators and loan processors. The case was brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
