Partner George Hanson to Speak at National Wage & Hour Litigation Program
Partner George A. Hanson will present at a national Wage & Hour Litigation Compliance Program in New York, February 8, 2016. Among the presenters, the United States Department of Labor's Chief legal officer, the Solicitor of Labor, who will provide an update on the DOL's current enforcement priorities and latest initiatives.
This full day program brings together nationally recognized employer and employee advocates, prominent in-house counsel and neutrals.
Hanson is an experienced commercial litigator and trial attorney. He has successfully tried many cases to judges and juries in both state and federal court, and has extensive experience representing clients in arbitration. In addition to his complex litigation and trial work, Hanson focuses on the representation of employees in large wage and hour class and collective actions, including workers in financial services, meat processing, pharmaceuticals and call center industries.
