Case Against Credit Reporting Agencies Goes Viral

On July 24, 2015, Stueve Siegel Hanson attorneys George Hanson and Austin Moore filed a lawsuit in the Eastern District of Missouri against the "big three" credit reporting agencies Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion for wrongfully reporting client Alexandria Goree as deceased.

On July 31, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch ran a feature story about the case on the front page of its Friday newspaper. You can read the entire story here.

The case was also  recently reported on by ABC News, Fox News, The Huffington Post, Time Magazine, and other major international news outlets, with consumers across the country and world expressing outrage at Ms. Goree’s plight.
