Two Attorneys Appointed as Co-Lead Counsel in Home Depot Multi-District Litigation

Stueve Siegel partners Norm Siegel and Barrett Vahle have been appointed to serve as co-lead counsel in the Home Depot data breach multidistrict litigation.  Joining Stueve Siegel as co-lead counsel are attorneys from Harris Penn Lowry LLP and Morgan & Morgan Complex Litigation Group. 

The members of the litigation team represent consumers involving allegations that their private information including payment card information and e-mail addresses were leaked during a data breach at Home Depot stores in 2014.

The case is In re: The Home Depot Inc., Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, case number 1:14-md-02583, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
