Stueve Siegel Hanson has settled a lawsuit against First Franklin Financial Corporation & Merrill Lynch Co. that alleged First Franklin failed to pay overtime to certain Inside Account Executives and Closers/Funders. The case was brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
