Patrick Stueve and Norman Siegel Honored on Commercial and Consumer Law POWER List

Stueve Siegel Hanson partners Patrick Stueve and Norman Siegel were recently profiled in the latest edition of The POWER List, a new regular feature from Missouri Lawyers Media. The publication selected Stueve and Siegel to be honored among its 30 most powerful attorneys in commercial and consumer law. 

The publication’s profile of Stueve noted accomplishments including securing "a record $1.51 billion class action settlement against Syngenta" and "a $2.25 billion settlement for policy owners in 30 states" against The National Life Insurance Co. The profile also recognized his current leadership role representing business owners against insurance companies in business interruption litigation. Accomplishments recognized in the Siegel's profile included his engineering the historic $1.5 billion settlement with Equifax in a nationwide class action resulting from its massive 2017 data breach; and securing a $34.3 million verdict against State Farm Life Insurance Co, which was affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in July 2020.
