Tanner J. Edwards

Attorney

Overview

Tanner Edwards represents individuals harmed by dangerous drugs and devices. His work includes large-scale class action lawsuits and mass tort actions.

Among his current matters:

  • Tanner represents patients who took Risperdal, a drug designed to treat certain psychiatric disorders, and experienced gynecomastia, the development of abnormal breast tissue. The litigation involves more than 10,000 plaintiffs nationwide.
  • Tanner is on the Stueve Siegel Hanson team that is litigating on behalf of people who were prescribed Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and suffered heart attacks, strokes, blood clots, even death.
  • Tanner represents individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries after the implantation of Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filters, which are alleged to have caused death, severe pain, pulmonary embolus, hemorrhage, tissue damage and more.

In these and similar matters, Tanner serves as a point of contact for firm clients, starting with an initial interview. He then handles case investigation research, where he collects the relevant facts and medical records to establish a comprehensive case history. He takes pride in being accessible and responsive – and answering every call and question.

Outside the office, Tanner volunteers as a reading tutor with the Lawyers Encouraging Academic Performance program at Operation Breakthrough. He fosters rescue pets and helps with dog-walking at Unleashed Pet Rescue.
