Overview
Andi Hammack applies her federal litigation experience to advocate for individuals and workers in a variety of high-stakes complex matters.
Before joining Stueve Siegel Hanson, Andi served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Daniel D. Crabtree in the District of Kansas. She then worked as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice - Tax Division in Washington, D.C., where she was selected through the Attorney General’s Honors Program — the Department of Justice’s competitive hiring track for entry-level attorneys. While at the DOJ, she represented the United States in the Court of Federal Claims, handling cases involving tax refund claims, trust fund recovery penalties, and a Treasury cash grant program.
Andi earned her J.D. from University of Kansas School of Law in 2020 where she was an active member of the Moot Court and Mock Trial Teams, and also served as a Comment Editor of the University of Kansas Law Review.
