Aria Care Partners Data Breach

Aria Care Partners is the leading provider of onsite ancillary services for skilled nursing facilities. On January 19, 2024, Aria notified certain current and former patients that their personal and/or protected health information may have been impacted by a breach of its systems involving its vision file server on or about May 12, 2023.

Through an investigation, Aria learned that the compromised information varies from patient to patient but includes names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, medical treatment information, diagnosis information, and health insurance information. Aria has not yet disclosed the number of individuals potentially impacted.
