Hyphen Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation
Stueve Siegel Hanson, a national leader in data breach and privacy cases, is investigating potential claims against Hyphen, an automated lending company, resulting from a data breach that exposed customers’ highly-sensitive personal and financial information.
On July 21, 2021, Hyphen announced that hackers had gained access to its network in March of this year and exfiltrated information including customers’ names, Social Security numbers, and bank account information. This information can be used to commit any number of frauds, including draining your bank account, committing identity theft, or misappropriating your funds.
