In June 2026, AssuranceAmerica disclosed that it had suffered a data breach where hackers were able to infiltrate its systems in March 2026. The information compromised includes: name, contact information, automobile insurance policy or insurance account information, driver or vehicle information, claims-related information, driver’s license number, Tax ID information and/or Social Security number.
