Citrix Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

According to a recent data breach notification letter, technology company Citrix suffered a 6-month data breach that could put its current and former employees at serious risk. On March 6, 2019, the FBI informed Citrix that the FBI had reason to believe that international cyber criminals gained access to Citrix’s internal network.

Following receipt of the FBI’s information, Citrix launched an investigation and uncovered that the cyber criminals had access to Citrix’s network for nearly 6 months between October 13, 2018 and March 8, 2019. Citrix acknowledged that sensitive files were removed from its systems which may have included the names, Social Security numbers, and financial information of its current and former employees, as well as their beneficiaries and dependents.

On April 29, 2019, Citrix began notifying individuals who were affected. If you received a data breach notification letter from Citrix and are interested in participating in a potential lawsuit, please call 1-816-714-7105 or fill out the form at the right side of this page.
