E.E. received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was an Executive Editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review, and President of the Labor and Employment Action Project. After law school, E.E. was a law clerk for the Honorable Duane Benton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
E.E. joined Stueve Siegel Hanson as an associate in 2011 where his practice includes class actions, wage and hour litigation, and commercial and business litigation.
