In 2010, Stueve Siegel Hanson LLP, Gray Ritter & Graham, P.C., Tycko & Zavareei, LLP, and Moore Martin, L.C. filed a lawsuit against Intrust Bank alleging that the Plaintiff, and other Intrust Bank customers who are citizens of Kansas, were charged overdraft fees based on Intrust Bank's unfair and deceptive overdraft fee practices.  The lawsuit alleged that these practices violated Kansas's consumer protection law and Intrust Bank's contracts with its customers.
