Jason's practice includes antitrust, unfair competition, complex business litigation, and general class action litigation. He has been involved in all aspects of civil litigation in both federal and state courts.

Jason has successfully represented plaintiffs in federal Section 1 (conspiracy) and Section 2 (monopoly) Sherman Act cases and in state law actions alleging unfair business practices. He has served as lead counsel and in senior litigation roles in numerous class actions, which have collectively recovered more than $1 billion for plaintiffs.

Representative Litigation at Stueve Siegel Hanson:

In re Aftermarket Automotive Lighting Products Antitrust Litigation – Serves as co-lead counsel in this nationwide price fixing action against Taiwanese manufacturers of automotive lighting parts and their US-based distributors.

In re Urethanes Antitrust Litigation – Served as co-lead counsel for this nationwide class action alleging price fixing for certain polyurethanes. The case settled for over $33 million after four years of litigation.

In re Korean Air Passenger Surcharge Antitrust Litigation – Serves as plaintiffs' counsel in this nationwide class action against airlines that conspired to fix certain surcharges to passengers.

In re Visa/MC Interchange Fee Antitrust Litigation - Serves on the executive committee for plaintiff merchants in this nationwide class action against Visa and Mastercard for conspiring to fix the interchange fee charged to merchants. This case is one of the largest and most complex antitrust matters ever litigated.

In re Relafen Antitrust Litigation – Represented the world's largest pork producer and only self-insured plaintiff in a nationwide class action against the company manufacturing the drug Relafen for artificially inflating prices. The case settled for $75 million.

In re Buspirone Antitrust Litigation - Represented plaintiffs in this nationwide class action against the manufacturer of the drug Buspar for artificially inflating prices. The case settled for $535 million.

In re Methionine Antitrust Litigation – Represented the largest plaintiff in a nationwide class action for price fixing an animal feed additive. The case settled for $109 million.

Jason's prior experience also includes representation of an independent telecommunications provider against a major incumbent provider for monopolization, representation of numerous consumers in unfair business practice and false advertisement cases, and pro bono representation of disadvantaged persons against unscrupulous owners in property dispute cases.
