STUEVE SIEGEL HANSON LLP EXPANDS TO SAN DIEGO AND ANNOUNCES NEW STAFF ADDITIONS
Kansas City based law firm Stueve Siegel Hanson LLP is pleased to announce the opening of its San Diego office. The expansion in California comes as a result of the firm’s continued success with its national business litigation practice using results-based contingency fee arrangements. The office, located at 550 West C Street, Suite 610 in San Diego’s Downtown area, opened its doors for business August 3, 2009.
Pat Stueve stated that “this expansion is driven by our success on a nationwide basis pursuing claims on behalf of small and large businesses and individuals on a contingency basis in complex business litigation matters.” According to Norm Siegel “the San Diego office is a natural expansion for the firm because of the number of antitrust and other complex cases we are litigating on the West Coast.”
The firm is also proud to announce that Jason S. Hartley is joining the firm and will manage the San Diego office. Hartley will practice in the areas of antitrust, intellectual property and class action litigation. Hartley was a partner at Ross, Dixon & Bell and then Troutman Sanders prior to joining Stueve Siegel Hanson and brings extensive experience in both federal and state courts, focusing on antitrust and unfair competition litigation. Hartley is a member of the American Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association. He will be joined by Jason Lindner, also formerly of Ross Dixon and Bell and Troutman Sanders, practicing antitrust law.
