First Franklin Financial Corp, et.al. , Case No. 3:08CV-04154 filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California (transfered from the Southern District of New York). The lawsuit alleges that First Franklin consistently violate federal wage and hour laws by failing to pay earned overtime wages. The workers are seeking collective action status.
