Overview of the Case and Ongoing Investigation
Stueve Siegel Hanson LLP has filed an action against Kraft Foods Global, Inc. d/b/a Columbia Foods Company alleging that employees did not receive wages and overtime pay as required by the federal Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") and Missouri state law.

The case is Stull v. Kraft Foods Global, Inc. d/b/a Columbia Foods Company. (Case No. 2:09-CV-04187-NKL) filed in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
Kraft Foods owns the Oscar Meyer brand and operates an Oscar Meyer hot dog processing plant in Columbia, Missouri. The work duties that the Kraft workers at the Columbia, Missouri facility allege that they have not been paid for include: (1) changing into the required work uniforms and safety equipment that can include, among other things (depending on the task): work frocks; steel-toed boots; safety glasses; and hair nets; (2) walking to and from the changing area, work areas and break areas.
