SSH represents Premium Auditors in a wage and hour collective action against Information Providers. The case is Miranda Stephenson, et.al v. Information Providers, Case No. 08CV04619 filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. The lawsuit alleges that Information Providers consistently violates federal wage and hour laws by failing to accurately record all time worked and failing to pay earned wages, including overtime. Specifically we allege that Information Providers misclassifies its Premium Auditors as exempt from federal overtime laws, and thus deprives them of additional wages, including overtime, they are intitled to. The workers are seeking collective action status. Click HERE to view the complaint.
